Nyameka Madikizela
Group Chief Executive Offer
Nyameka has held senior positions in the Property and Logistics industries, both in the Public and Private Sectors. Her most senior positions were as Chief Executive Officer at PRASA, Corporate Real Estate Solutions (CRES), and as the Chief Operating Officer of Calulo Property Fund, a REIT in the JSE. She has been active in the transformative agenda, leading transformation in the Property Charter, as President of South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (2006-2008.).In the Logistics Sector, as the General Manager: Agriculture & Bulk Liquid, managing the rail commodity transportation at Transnet Freight Rail.
Nyameka’s experience in the Logistics Sector has extended her experience in SADC. She developed a North-South Corridor Regional Integration Strategy, now adopted by the Nepad Business Foundation, the North-South Corridor Road/Rail Project and is championed by the SA Presidency. The project’s objective is to create a competitive Logistics Chain, by integrating the SADC North and South Ports and Railway Organizations.
Nosipho Siwisa Damasane
Chairman
Nosipho Siwisa-Damasane is a highly experienced, and seasoned Multi Award Winning Chief Executive Officer with a career spanning over 25 years in executive roles in both the public and private sector. She has a proven track record in transport and mining logistics through ports and railways of both freight and passengers. She is a transport logistics specialist, with port and rail management in leadership roles, and leader in the fields of ports (habour); railways both passenger and goods; and has had a stint in aviation.
Nosipho is turnaround specialist, a change agent, and a transformation leader. She has worked, trained, and studied
in South Africa and abroad in France, Belgium, Singapore, Rotterdam, Doha, and the United Kingdom. She also studied at the London Business School, and the National University of Singapore.
She is a Bain Fellow of Board members, the Chairman of Richards Bay Coal Terminal (RBCT) and a Non- Executive Director at The Performance Agency (TPA).
Ncumisa Dube
Non-Executive Director
Ncumisa has over 20 years’ experience at executive level in Supply Chain Management, Business Management,Transformation, Consulting, Business Administration, working with both Private and Public sector organizations. She has held positions that have provided her with exposure, enhanced skills and ability to integrate cross-functional disciplines within an organization and across networks of organizations.
Ncumisa is an analytical decision maker with extensive experience in developing – strategy, policies and procedures, data analysis , building teams and turning around business units. She is a motivated self- starter having run her own businesses in the hospitality industry.Her wealth of experience was derived from working in industries such as Logistics, Consultancy, Energy, Property and Facilities Management. She holds memberships with the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and Women’s Property Network.
